FBI Operation Results in 168 Arrests

The FBI reported 168 arrests following a six-month operation aimed at reducing crime in tribal communities across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Known as Operation Steadfast Promise, the initiative ran from April through September. During this time, authorities seized 136 firearms and more than 115 kilograms of illegal drugs. Additionally, investigators identified 28 child victims and located or recovered 36 children on tribal lands.
