How to Find Redwood County Board Meeting Agendas and Public Records
Find meeting agendas by year and date, identify special sessions, and use meeting minutes to check board decisions.

Want to know what Redwood County commissioners are planning to discuss? The county maintains an online collection of meeting agendas, including current and historical records dating back to 2022.
Find a meeting agenda: Visit the Redwood County Board Agenda webpage. Agendas are organized by year, with individual links labeled by meeting date. Select a year, find the date you're interested in, and click the agenda link to open its downloadable PDF.
See what's being discussed: Each agenda identifies the meeting date and location and lists scheduled business, generally organized by county department. Topics may include road projects, county contracts, election preparations, budgets, public spending, and land-use requests. Some agendas also include approximate discussion times and public-comment procedures.
Find special meetings and hearings: The archive includes separately labeled agendas for meetings such as Board of Equalization sessions, work sessions, and public hearings. Look for these descriptions alongside the regular meeting dates.
Find out what commissioners actually decided: An agenda identifies what was scheduled for consideration, not necessarily what was approved. To review decisions, visit the county's separate Board Minutes page. Select the meeting date to open its minutes. Older records are available through the View Past Minutes link.
Before attending a meeting: Check the latest agenda for the meeting location, approximate schedule, and any public-comment instructions. The county notes that agendas are subject to change.
