Local interest in volleyball rises as sport grows

It seems like everyone is talking about volleyball these days, especially with the sport becoming MSHSL-sanctioned. It has come at a great time for the students at Lac qui Parle Valley, who are finally getting their chance to shine on the court. It is always nice to see our students get involved in new activities. It reminds me of how sports have a way of bringing people together, whether you are a player or just cheering from the bleachers. I heard someone mention that this development is helping with the school’s showcase, which is always a fun time. I suppose it is a sign that things are looking up for our athletic programs.
