Pizza Fundraiser to Support Repairs at Morgan Swimming Pool
A November 15 event in Redwood Falls will support a Morgan community pool that is closed for the 2026 season.
The Morgan Pool Fundraising Committee is raising money to repair Morgan's community swimming pool, which the City of Morgan lists as closed for the 2026 season.
The committee will serve pizza and pop from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 15, during the Cardinal Collection vendor show at the Redwood Area Community Center in Redwood Falls.
The vendor show runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 901 E. Cook St. and features more than 25 local vendors. Residents can shop local and support the community fundraising effort over lunch.
Morgan's municipal swimming pool is located at 200 Lindsay Ave. The city website confirms the 2026 closure, but the specific repairs, total project cost, fundraising goal, and anticipated reopening date have not yet been confirmed. Minnesota Riverlands plans to contact city officials for more information on the pool's repair history and next steps.
