Redwood Falls Has a New Membership-Based Primary Care Option
Rural Authentic Wellness now offers a Redwood Falls location and a monthly-fee approach to routine care.

Redwood Falls residents have another choice for routine medical care. Rural Authentic Wellness (RAW), which also operates in Olivia, now lists a clinic at 1251 E. Bridge Street in Redwood Falls. The city first described the planned expansion on July 22, 2026, and later reported that the location had opened.
HOW MEMBERSHIP-BASED CARE WORKS
RAW uses a direct primary care model. Patients pay a monthly membership fee for access to primary and urgent care visits during business hours, rather than submitting those routine visits to insurance. The clinic lists individual memberships at $80 per month, couples at $150, and young adults ages 18–24 at $40. It also lists child and family pricing.
According to the clinic, membership includes routine and urgent care visits during business hours. Some services, including certain labs and after-hours care, carry additional costs. Residents should confirm current fees and what is covered before enrolling.
WHAT IT MEANS FOR OUR REGION
A monthly primary-care membership is not health insurance. People still need to consider coverage for hospital stays, specialists, emergency care, and other major medical expenses. But this model gives families, self-employed residents, and local employers another way to think about access to routine care.
The clinic lists a Redwood Falls address and offers a free introductory meeting.
