Three Hospitalized Following Sunday Crash Near Redwood Falls

A crash occurred on Highway 19 approximately seven miles west of Redwood Falls at 5:40 p.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2026. According to the State Patrol, an SUV driven by 31-year-old Emily Gemmill of Wabasso and a car driven by 59-year-old Todd Watkins were both traveling eastbound when they collided. Todd Watkins and his passenger, 55-year-old Jeri Watkins, were taken to the hospital, as was Gemmill. A one-year-old boy in the SUV was reported uninjured.
